it takes up to one month to get your finished pieces after your class! you will get an email within one month of your class with pick up information.

generally, there are no refunds or returns for classes. please be sure you are able to attend before checking out. 

with enough advanced notice, i can sometimes refund for store credit. if you are unable to attend a class and notify me, i may open up your seat to be filled via our website. if the ticket sells, you can receive store credit for your ticket. 

cancellation requests within 48 hours are not eligible for the above. you are welcome to find a replacement for your class, but i may not be able to find one for you.

no shows are not eligible for refund or reschedule. i recommend putting your class date in your calendar as soon as you book so you don't forget :)

during the class demo, i will show you how to make your own cup or bowl on the wheel. however, if you've never done it before, i like to frame it as you are here to learn a new skill and to have some fun! sometimes it is whatever the wheel wants it to be that day :)

timeliness is very important to ensure that you have as much time to make your pieces as possible during class! you are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early before your class to settle in.

if you arrive 15 minutes or more after the class start time, you will not be permitted to partake in the class and are not eligible for a refund.

i recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little bit messy! however, all of the materials used for class will wash out.

if you have plans for after class, i recommend bringing a change of clothes :)

there is a parking lot located behind the studio! to get to it, go through the alley between the white brick and red brick buildings. there is also street parking all along W Schaaf!

i do not offer a formal waitlist. however, if you are interested in a class that is sold out, you can click "notify me" under the class listing. enter your email or phone number, and you will get a notification if a spot opens up!

while i do not currently offer kid-specific classes, they are welcome to join my existing workshops. i do have some age limits:
hand building classes are 5+ with parental supervision
one time wheel classes are 12+ and ongoing 4-week classes are 16+
