it takes up to one month to get your finished pieces after your class! you will get an email within one month of your class with pick up information.

generally, there are no refunds or returns for classes. please be sure you are able to attend before checking out.

i do understand that things come up, and can sometimes refund for store credit. refunds are fully dependent on when you request to cancel. it is also okay to find a replacement for your spot/gift the class to another person.

during the class demo, i will show you how to make your own cup or bowl on the wheel. however, if you've never done it before, i like to frame it as you are here to learn a new skill and to have some fun! sometimes it is whatever the wheel wants it to be that day :)

timeliness is very important to ensure that you have as much time to make your pieces as possible during class! you are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early before your class to settle in.

if you arrive 15 minutes or more after the class start time, you will not be permitted to partake in the class and are not eligible for a refund.

i recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little bit messy! however, all of the materials used for class will wash out.

if you have plans for after class, i recommend bringing a change of clothes :)
